Jobby Justin Joins Chennaiyin FC for a Two-year Deal. Which makes the Indian Forward to play for the Marina Machans till 2023. Chennaiyin FC will look bolster their attack this season. And inspite of their struggle in their forward position , the couldn’t find the net too often. The ingury of their keyman Rafael Crivellaro and inconsistent performance by their foreign signing. Made the two times champion side to finish outside the top four.

But they Made some clear statement with the signing of Narayan Das and Salam Ranjan. That they are making a different approach this season with new strong core indian players. And to add protection for the back the also signed the experience Debjit Majumder.

And now by the new signing of the 27-Year-old forward form Kerala made that clear they are holding back to build a strong Indian Line-up.

“I am really happy to receive an offer from a renowned club like Chennaiyin FC. Being a South Indian, I always wanted to play for a south-based team and when a prestigious club like Chennaiyin FC came calling, it was an easy decision for me” – Said Jobby Justin.

Jobby Justin’s Career

Jobby Justin in his yearly days played for various clubs in Kerala Premier League.And even lifted the title with KSEB in 2017. And then he joined the Kolkata gaints SC East Bengal in the I-League. He made a total of 25 Apperances for them and scored 11 goals with two assists.

He made his Debut in ISL for ATK Mohun Bagan in 2019-20 season. And he managed to score 1 goal in his 10 Apperances for the Mariners. But he was forced to miss the entire 2020-21 season due to ligment ingury. And Additionally he also made 3 Apperances for the national team.

All tough he was not the first choice in ATK Mohun Bagan. He could have a vital role in Chennaiyin FC who is struggling to form a study forward . Along with Rahim Ali and Aman Chettri he could be a important player this season to watch-out.
