Klopp joined Liverpool in 2015 after seven years with Borussia Dortmund. He had made heroes like Aubameyang at Dortmund in Germany. Klopp joined Liverpool and started bringing in players like Salah, Mané, and Virgil Van Djik. The question now arises: What’s next for the Reds?
They have been title contenders consistently, even after the Premier League became the dynasty of Manchester City. They even pipped City to the title, the only team to do so in the last seven years. How could Liverpool line up under Slot?

In attack, Luis Diaz is almost confirmed to stay, as reports have suggested they are not open to selling him. With Darwin Nunez potentially leaving, Hoffenheim striker Andrej Kramaric could take up the number nine role, as rumors have suggested. Liverpool are looking at Leeds right-winger Summerville, who, if Salah leaves, could be their man on the right flank.
The Red’s future and ageing stars
There are many rumors surrounding the cub at the moment because of Klopp’s departure. Virgil Van Djik, the captain of the side, has also been rumored to leave, and Sepp Van Den Berg, the Dutch international center back, has been linked to be his replacement. However, if Virgil Van Djik decides to stay, he will certainly be the main man at the back for them. He could be the key to fill the hole left by Fabinho’s meteoric drop in form and then subsequent transfer to Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia.
Mo Salah has been the best winger in the English topflight consistently. He broke the record for most goals in a season in his debut season with Liverpool and has not dropped his form since. Salah has been the key to winning them the league and then the Champions League against Spurs in the final. His aging means they need to look for a world-class replacement on the right flank. Summerville from Leeds United has been linked to this position; he has been highly impressed in the championship and could grow under Slot as one of the best in the world.
