Real Madrid looks towards having another stellar season

key youngster

Real Madrid are the undisputable Kings of Europe. Los Blancos have been nothing but sensational and brilliant for the last 2 seasons. Carlo Ancelotti’s side are one of the favorites once again this season for all major titles. It seems that beating them is not everyone’s cup of tea with the class and quality they have all over the pitch. The team seems to be reborn whenever they go behind. This has been one of the standouts for this season yet again. Real Madrid went behind 3 times this season but sensationally turned the match around. So far, they have won every match except the game against Osasuna.

Karim Benzema makes you run out of superlatives. The season he had last year is no less worthy than the Ballon d’Or. He has claimed his position as the best No.9 in world football. And the world expects him to be at the top of his game again this season. But so far, Benzema has not had that stellar season like last one. An injury against Celtic put the Frenchman out for 2-3 weeks and looks to have disrupted his goalscoring a bit. Vinicius and Rodrygo have been firing the team to victories which tells how much the players have grown.

It is no doubt that the physical state and the mentality of the Madrid players is better than any team in the world. Last season’s comeback against PSG, Chelsea, and Manchester City is a testament to this fact. The team was trailing every time and managed to come back defying the odds. This proves that it is more than fate that gets the results for this team. They have the capability to impose themselves where other teams fail. They have also added Rudger and Tchaoumeni to their world-class squad, which now has great depth. Carlo Ancelotti has a lot of players to choose his best 11 from which means Real Madrid are in for another stellar season.

Benzema missed training ahead of the Getafe game

Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Karim Benzema had recovered fully from his injury on UCL matchday 1. The Frenchman missed international duty with France and rested in Madrid for his recovery. Big Benz has got just 3 La Liga goals so far which may be a worrying fact for Los Blancos. In fact, It is the young players of the team who are stepping up whenever needed. Tchaoumeni fitted in almost immediately after coming from France. Vinicius and Rodrygo have shown their flair while Fede Valverde is the engine of the team.

Multiple Reports say that Benzema was absent from Real Madrid training following their clash with Getafe. The reason is unknown but this puts a major doubt on whether he would be involved in the Getafe clash. Ancelotti was not worried by Benzema’s lack of goals, saying:

He put in a team performance and was a presence in the penalty area. He didn’t score, but that’s the last thing we’re focusing on. His condition has improved a lot and he put in a complete performance.”
