As per reports, Kylian Mbappe might be joining Real Madrid next season. Thus, opting to reject a move to the Premier League.

The French forward, Kylian Mbappe, has once again been the focal point of headlines this month. Since he enters the final six months of his contract with the French club. With his deal set to conclude at the end of the season, he is now free to engage in discussions with clubs outside of France for a potential free transfer.

Real Madrid, the Spanish giants, have been consistently associated with a potential move for Kylian Mbappe, and there were indications of an imminent signing back in the summer of 2022. However, Mbappe executed a U-turn at that time and opted to extend his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

It now seems that the La Liga giants, Real Madrid, have finally secured the services of Kylian Mbappe. According to Foot Mercato, Mbappe has reached an agreement with Real Madrid regarding joining them in recent days.

Will Kylian Mbappe finally join Real Madrid?

Reports suggest that Mbappe has indeed accepted Real Madrid’s terms and will join them on a free transfer at the conclusion of the current season. This decision follows the revelation that the striker has agreed to forego a loyalty bonus amounting to £69 million. Thus, aiming to facilitate a more amicable departure from PSG this summer.

The most recent updates, however, arrive amidst conflicting reports. Kylian Mbappe himself has recently asserted that he has not yet reached a definitive decision about his future. He stated, “I haven’t made my decision, I haven’t made a choice.”

On another note, there are claims that a transfer to the Premier League remains appealing to the 25-year-old. According to The Times, Mbappe is still contemplating his options. Hence, a free transfer to an English club is among the possibilities. This comes after he was reportedly saddened by Real Madrid’s attempts to hasten his decision.
