On Sunday night, Sergio Kun Aguero makes a defamatory remark towards the 20-year-old young midfielder Eduardo Camavinga after the World Cup triumph. Sunday night was so special for Argentines. They won the FIFA World Cup after 36 years as they beat World cup defending champions France on a penalty shootout. It was an elated moment for the players, fans, and for everyone.

Argentina former player Kun Aguero make a defamatory remark towards Camavinga

Aguero was forced to take an early retirement from the national team due to his health problem. However, he still has a very close relationship with the National team’s players and management. During the dressing room celebrations, Aguero take it a bit too far when he made a defamatory remark for a 20-year-old Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga on his Instagram live streaming.

He referred to Camavinga as ‘cara de pinga’, which means ‘The D*ck face’. Such type of comment from one of the greatest striker of modern football to an extremely young midfielder is absolutely classless.

The young French midfielder has just played a game in the World Cup before the final against Argentina. He come as a substitute when France was 2-0 down and his impact flipped the game Les Bleus make a comeback and finished the game on a penalty shoot-out.

Aguero’s response to public

After his derogatory remark, fans showed their anger and called him classless. On a Monday night, Aguero made another statement in response to the controversy. He stated;

“I have nothing against him. It’s a party joke. Also if you search on stream they always joked with his name. Don’t look for problems.”

“I have nothing against Camavinga. The boy is a crack. It was a joke, it’s how I stream. It’s all peace and love. Search on the stream. I always joke about his (Camavinga) name.”

It’s nothing wrong to celebrate your joy with your ex-teammates, fans, and countrymen but it is really a disappointment to witness a derogatory act towards the rival player.
