Red Bull Salzburg centre-forward Karim Adeyemi is attracting interest from the top clubs across Europe. However, Bayern Munich could win the race for his signature as they are preparing to sign him in the January transfer window.

This is according to Goal, who reports that the German Champions are huge admirers of Adeyemi. Bayern are currently looking to sign him in January. But they are planning to send him back to Salzburg for the rest of the season on loan.

RB Salzburg are famous for developing young talents and Adeyemi is turning out to be the next superstar. Bayern Munich will have to act fast to secure his signature as other sides like Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Liverpool and Barcelona are monitoring the players’ situation.

BAYERN EYEING TO REPLACE LEWADOWSKI WITH ADEYEMI

Adeyemi has had an excellent start to the new season. In his 10 appearances in the Austrian Bundesliga, the German has scored 8 goals. He has also scored twice in the two Champions League appearances that he made this campaign.

His impressive performance also earned him a call to his national side. Adeyemi was given his debut against Armenia in the World Cup Qualifiers for Germany. The teenager was quick to take advantage of the opportunity as he came from the bench to score on his debut.

Bayern are one of the top sides who are looking to sign Adeyemi in the coming transfer windows. Adeyemi had played for Bayern’s youth team from the period of 2010 to 2012 and this could play a factor in his decision.

The Rekordmeister are actively looking for a long term replacement for star striker Robert Lewandowski. In Adeyemi, they will be able to pick up one of the most exciting young German forward. However, it will not be easy as Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are all eager to sign him. With a contract till 2024, Salzburg will also be not in a hurry to sell him and would thus demand a very high fee.
