Bengaluru FC will face the Maldive side Maziya S&RC at the National Stadium at Male on Tuesday. The teams have faced each other a total of six times in the AFC Cup. The Bengaluru side has the upper hand with four wins against two wins of Maziya. As a result, they are quite confident.

Both the teams are already out of the potential knockout race but there is still a lot to play for. If the Bangaloreans manage to win the match they see themselves finishing off in the second position. Whereas a defeat will hand a bottom-placed finish to the Bengaluru FC.

The opening fixture saw Bengaluru FC fall 2-0 to The Mariners of Bengal. The following fixture witnessed a draw without goals up against The Bangladesh Premier League champions Bashundhara Kings on Saturday. Though this campaign will serve as a pre-season for Bengaluru FC who will be bracing the pitch once again before the ISL. They will be in the Durand Cup 2021 where they will be looking forward to making a statement. Therefore they are now looking towards ending the AFC Cup on a high pedestal.
