Following the season, Chencho signs for Bengaluru FC in the year 2018. Appearing in a total of nine odd matches and securing mere 2 goals. At Bengaluru, he would play as a substitute because of the presence of players like Sunil Chettri and Xavi Hernandez. Instead of wasting his time Bengaluru was able to loan him to Neroca FC. Returning to Bhutan the very next year and signing to represent Paro FC in the Bhutan Premier League. Playing 16 matches and bagging six goals.

In the last season, Chencho made his return to India. Signing a contract to represent his earlier team Round Glass Punjab FC playing the I-League. Subsequently, he assisted one and scored seven goals. Kerala Blasters FC waits for him to make his comeback on Indian soil once again in the ISL now.

Chencho arsenal includes the thing called “experience”.Playing in different leagues such as the Thai League or the Bangladesh Premier League has given him a lot of experience to be a “fox in the box”. Representing Buriram United FC and Chittagong Abahani respectively. The people with love call him CG7 or often the “Ronaldo of Bhutan”.Apparently, he is the all-time highest goal scorer for Bhutan. He is also a massive fan of Cristiano Ronaldo.
