With the loss to Chennaiyin FC, the Gaurs’ playoff fate is no longer in their own hands. They must now win their last match and pray that Odisha FC does not exceed the 30-point limit that FC Goa may achieve this season.

The advantage for FC Goa is that they have a better head-to-head record versus the Juggernauts, thus if they finish the season tied on points with Odisha FC, they will qualify for the playoffs.
