In an interview, West Ham United’s star player Jarrod Bowen made a shoking statement and named Mohamed Salah as the best winger in the history of the Premier League. The West Ham star also rated the Liverpool winger higher than Eden Hazard.

When Bowen was to name the best Winger in premier league he said (Sky Sports):
“This is going to be so controversial isn’t it? Salah. I just think the numbers he produces every year, like he’s won a Champions League. He’s won Premier League titles. He scores 20 goals a season, every season.”
When pressed with a follow-up question about whether he would rate Salah above Eden Hazard, he responded:
“Hazard was a joke but for me. the way I play as well, probably a bit more biased towards a left footed winger and who you want to base your game of. He’s the benchmark… Salah for me; he’s done it every year as well. For me, the way I play as well, I’m probably a bit more biased. Salah obviously, Saka as well.”
Jarrod Bowen recently joined the list of Thierry Henry and Mohamed Salah as the only players to score in each of the first five away games of a Premier League season.
