Liridon Krasniqi joined Odisha FC on a year-long loan

Liridon Krasniqi has joined in a loan deal to Odisha FC. Johor Darul Ta’zim FC from Malaysia and Indian Super League team Odisha FC are in an agreement according to which Liridon will play for Odisha FC. He is going to wear the Odisha Jersey in the 8th edition of the Indian Super League.

Journey of Liridon.

Aged 29 Liridon is an attacking midfielder who did start his football journey initially in Europe. Playing for FK Mladá Boleslav in 2011 in the Czech Republic is where he did his debut. Following season signing for the Turkish based club Ankaraspor. Fethiyespor another club in Turkey is where his next destination was again on loan.

Liridon in 2015 moves to Malaysia did represent the Kedah Darul Aman Football Club. Where he bags the Malaysia FA Cup 2017 and the Malaysia Cup 2016 for the team. In 2019 he signs for Melaka United. Liridon was signed by Malaysia Super League defending side Johor Darul Ta’zim. Subsequently wearing the Australian side Newcastle Jets jersey on loan in 2021.

Besides everything, something unique to Liridon is that he did wear three national team jerseys. Representing the Albanian team in the U-21 category, the senior team of Kosovo, and this year he debuted for the national team of Malaysia.

Liridon says that he is very happy to join the Odisha FC squad, he is looking towards a great and good journey in the Indian Super League. He is enthusiastic and looking for a successful season with Head Coach Kiko Ramirez. he is eager for the start of the season and to join the squad.
