Denzel Dumfries

It is a well-known fact that Inter Milan are looking for a replacement for Denzel Dumfries. This gives Manchester United and Chelsea the necessary boost to sign the Dutch fullback.

Several clubs were keeping an attention on Dumfries performance at the Fifa World Cup. Dumfries great performance against USA skyrocketed his ratings as a proper right-wing back. He registered a goal and assisted two as the Netherlands swept USA’s team aside in a 3-1 victory.

Even though Netherland’s great performance, they lose to eventual winners Argentina at the quarter-finals. However, Inter wants to sell the player and is looking for a proper replacement.

Denzel Dumfries possible destination

Denzel Dumfries has proven that he is a big-match player and always delivers when the team needs him the most. Hence, a big transfer is awaiting the talented Dutch defender.

Manchester United, Chelsea, and Tottenham are among the clubs looking to sign the Dutch international. As Manchester United are keen to release Aaron Wan-Bissaka in January, Ten Hag will desperately want Denzel Dumfries to play for the red devils. But he has to compete to get a place in the starting XI with Diogo Dalot.

Chelsea will lose Cesar Azpilicueta in the coming future. Rumours say Reece James might take the position of right back in the Blues team. But a potential transfer of Dumfries to Chelsea will also strengthen their squad a lot.

Meanwhile, Antonio Conte’s Tottenham are not happy with the current Tottenham right wing backs. Dumfries can be the ultimate weapon Conte needs both attacking and defensively. It is speculated that Chelsea are currently leading the race for signing Denzel Dumfries.

However, Inter Milan wants a replacement for Denzel Dumfries. Mazraoui is the one they desire. A potential swap of Dumfries and Mazraoui between Inter and Bayern may also take place this January.
