Mohun Bagan Supergiant breaks the rule, having registered 33 players:

After the prestigious Kolkata Derby, East Bengal head coach Carles Cuadrat first protested about the incident in a post-match interview. Mohun Bagan has registered a total of 33 players for the three group stage matches of the Durand Cup. Besides their senior team footballers, MBSG also registered many of their reserve team players for this tournament, who also played in the first two matches.

A team is also allowed to register only 30 players in their squad according to Durand Cup rules. But Mohun Bagan has broken the rule by registering more than 30 players in their squad. Basically, their management thought to give some gametime to their reserve players but mistakenly broke the rule.
