With 5 goals and 4 assists, Manipuri footballer Bipin Singh has proved himself to be a valuable asset for Mumbai City FC. Not to mention the last goal was the championship winning goal which undoubtedly makes the 26-year-old the most effective left-winger of the Indian Super League (ISL) last season.

Bipin Sigh made his mark in ISL book of records by being the only player to score a hat-trick in the 2020-21 ISL season.

Bipin Singh to Stay With the Islanders Till 2025

The Shillong Lajong prodigy had joined the then ATK Mohun Bagan in 2017. After a season, he moved to Mumbai City FC on a two years contract. Bipin finally made a breakthrough in the latest ISL season and won both the league shield and the trophy.

A stellar ISL campaign earned Mumbai City’s bonafide star an India call-up. Bipin’s market value was bound to witness a sharp increase now that he will be playing for the senior national team. The Islanders made no delay in offering their high performer a contract extension till 2025 before anyone else add him to their buying list. Bipin did not hesitate to continue his stint in Mumbai City, with whom he won the domestic double.
