Real Madrid looking to Offload a lot of players during the January window?

About Football Express India - Indian Super League - I-League

Real Madrid is planning to Offload as many as 6 Players during the January Transfer window. The Los Blancos are currently going strong in La Liga and the UEFA Champions League. Since the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti for his second stint at the Spanish capital, he has revitalized Real Madrid. The Spanish Giants have gained their Flair back once again after a disappointing last season.

Ancelotti’s side is flying high in La Liga as they sit on top of the points table. Real Madrid is six points ahead of second-placed Sevilla and is well on course to claim their 35th Spanish Top-flight Silverware. However, the Los Blancos have a few contract issues to deal with next year. Despite their sensational form, the Spanish giants are planning to Offload several players in January 2022.

They are planning to go fresh into the summer transfer window next year. They have several major signings to make in 2022, therefore Real Madrid is planning to let a few players move to a new club. Spanish outlet Marca understands that Gareth Bale and Isco are no longer a part of Carlo Ancelotti’s plan at the Capital. The Italian is not planning to use either man regularly for the rest of the season.

Real Madrid have added more players in their Transfer list as the Winter transfer window in Spain opens on 3rd of January

Isco, Marcelo, Gareth Bale and Luka Modric will be out of contract in June. Out of the four players, only Modric is most likely to extend. Real Madrid is going to do everything possible to agree on a new deal with their Brazilian Striker Vinicius Junior, who signed for the 13-times UCL Winners as a raw teenager in 2018. The Los Blancos are well aware of his new status as La Liga’s most exciting young player.

Real Madrid will also listen to offers for Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz other than Isco, Bale and Marcelo. Isco is being linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu to the Serie A giants AC Milan.

Real Madrid is not going to sign any new during the January transfer window. The La Liga table toppers are only focused to sign new players next summer. Kylian Mbappe remains the top target for them as his contract with PSG is set to expire next summer. The Los Blancos have a deep squad, with a strong starting XI and back-ups for every position.

“I don’t think we have to improve the squad in January. If there are players who aren’t happy, we could think about them leaving. But new signings, no. The squad is well built”
