Real Madrid star Gareth Bale suffered another long-term hamstring injury

About Football Express India - Indian Super League - I-League

According to several reports, Gareth Bale will be not seen playing for quite a time as he has suffered a long-term hamstring injury.

Real Madrid fans hoped to see the Welshman live in Santiago Bernabeu but sadly they were deprived of that. Playing in the last three matches Bale scored one goal for Real Madrid while showing a positive attitude hinting towards a great return.

But his injury-prone career seems to not leave his side; as he suffered a fresh injury before the last training session against Celta Vigo. Moving into the bus, a pic was shot of Bale where we can see a bandage wrapped in one of his legs. Then it looked like it was not something serious as there was no news of injury.

But seeing the starting line-up and the substitute bench against Celta Vigo there was no sign of Bale in it. And playing in his right-wing position was Eden Hazard. However, Real Madrid didn’t miss Bale at all as they thrashed Celta Vigo by a 5-2 scoreline. Courtesy to Karim Benzema for scoring a hattrick; the man-in-form Vinicius Junior scored a goal, and Eduardo Camavinga scored a goal in his dream debut.

Later on, after the match, the news of Gareth Bale’s injury was confirmed by Real Madrid saying he has suffered a hamstring injury in training. However, they didn’t confirm how much time he needs before he would return to the pitch. But as per reports, the Welshman may take months to get fit.

Both Real Madrid and Wales national teams will be sad with Gareth Bale’s injury. Carlo Ancelotti thought of using Bale as the main attacking threat for Real Madrid on the right side.

While Wales has two important fixtures against the Czech Republic and Belgium in the World Cup qualifying campaign. And now it seems Wales has to go without their best forward into the game.
