Thales Lima and Akobir Turaev sign for TRAU FC

Thales Lima and Akobir Turaev are the latest signings of TRAU FC. As a result, TRAU FC is done with the completion of their Foreign Player signing limit.

Thales lands in India with a heavy load of experience on his shoulders. As a result of representing different teams with different strategies in his career. His football journey begins in the year 2006 playing for Grêmio Barueri a Brazilian team. Moving to Taubate another team of Brazil playing there the whole 2008-2009 season. The very next season Thales catches the plane to Japan signing for Roasso Kumamoto.

Thales in the years from 2010 to 2016 did represent six teams.The five teams are from Brazil they are Gremio Maringa, Velo Clube, Metropolitano, Osasco FC, and Naviraiense. He moves to Thailand in 2017 and signs for Samut Sakhon FC that plays in the third division. Returning home playing just one season in Thailand. Back at home, he signs Ríver AC for half a year. Subsequently, he again moves to Thailand and signs with Phrae United. he has since then signed for different clubs such as Khon Kaen, Pattani FC, and Uthai Thani.

Turaev Career Insight’s

Akobir Turaev is a former international player representing the Uzbekistan Youth team. He is joining the I-League side signing a deal of one year. A striker with his focus set on scoring which makes him deadly. Playing for different clubs makes his bag heavy with experience playing in countries like Ukraine and Bangladesh.

Maiden featuring at the age of 24 representing Buxoro in 2013 following a loan transferring 2016 to Pakhtakor. He did play in the Pakhtakor versus Al-Jazira where they achieved victory by 3-0 in the AFC Champions League. Returning to his former club Buxoro from Pakhtakor the next season.

Till the 2018-19 season’s end, Turaev was representing Buxoro.In his playing days at Buxoro, he did appear in a total of 20 matches and finding the net thrice. Following the season he was able to sign for the Rahmatganj a Bangladeshi side. Playing a total of 10 matches he could find the net just twice.

As a result, making a return to Uzbekistan. And signing for Mash’al in August 2020 where he did not get enough minutes. He then made a move to FK Eskhata in the first division of Tajikistan playing 15 matches scoring 8 goals and an assist to his name. Time will tell Is he cut out for Indian football or not.
