Mohun Bagan didn’t participate in the last 3 seasons of CFL but this time they are back with the young talented guns with Bastab Roy.

Recent Changes

ATK Mohun Bagan recently changed the name to Mohun Bagan Super Giants and fulfilled the demands of the club supporters. Goenka proved that it’s the continuation of Mohun Bagan AC and after the transition period Mohun Bagan is geared up for a fresh start and they are ready to show case the skills. They will carry the hopes and dreams of crores of fans again and will try to win the crown!

Mohun Bagan CFL squad:

Sumit Rathi, Fardin Ali Mollah, Abhisekh Suryavanshi, Ravi Bahadur Rana, Engson Singh, Lalriana Hnamte and Arsh Anwar Seikh. (Players from last season reserve team)

Suhail Ahmed Bhatt, Raj Basfore, Brijesh Giri, Taison Singh, Amandeep, Jahid Bukhari and Sibajit Singh (Signed from Indian Arrows)

What the players are saying?

Sumit Rathi:

Sumit Rathu said he is not regular with the main squad and he didn’t get the chance to represnt his team much. So, he is aiming this CFL to prove him Infront of the team and coach and he is ready to face the upcoming challenges and want to lead the team from front.

Suhail Bhatt:

Suhail said he is from Kashmir and from the childhood he dreamed of playing for the green and maroon, he is making himself confident with the goal against West Ham United in Next Gen Cup. He is trying to prove himself Infront of the supporters and he is giving his hundred percent in the training to get the best results.

Fardin Mollah:

Fardin said he played for the main team, but he didn’t get much game time though he is confident as he scored in AFC Cup still unable to increase his game time. So, he is preparing him to get the best out of CFL. He is not concerned about the difficulty, he just want to give the best to make his team champion.

After the changes the mariners are the favorite to win the CFL still there are many factors working behind. The team and Coach all are ready to give their hundred percent to get the most out of their campaign.
