Gary Lineker Starts to Rate Ukrainian Star

Mykhaylo Mudryk

Gary Lineker admits Ukrainian Star Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk is beginning to win him over with some of his recent performances.

Tough Start

In his first year as a Chelsea player, Mykhailo Mudryk has faced a lot of attention. His £89 million contract (BBC) put a great degree of expectation on him to start playing English football right away.
Despite the aggravating and unpredictable form of the 22-year-old striker, we remain optimistic about his future.

He’s made two goals in his previous three Blues games, which suggests a little upturn in his luck. Hopefully, he’s preparing for a huge 2024.

Gary Lineker has acknowledged that after some recent Chelsea performances, he’s really beginning to think highly of Ukrainian Star Mudryk.

Lineker stated on the podcast The Rest Is Football: “We have discussed their acquisitions, but I think Mudryk has something.” Something is there, in my opinion. He is speedy, and he has now scored three goals. Given that he cost £100 million, he should exhibit some symptoms, but that is not his fault.

Ukrainian Star

When you consider Mudryk as a player, he checks so many boxes. For this reason, if Mauricio Pochettino can get him everything clicking. We’re incredibly enthusiastic about the sort of effect he can have.
The left-winger is a headache for defences because of his genuinely rapid speed. It’s also impressive how well he tracked back on defence.

Chelsea certainly have a real potential on their hands if the Ukrainian player can learn to play with more poise and make some better infield moves.

Jamie Redknapp stated last month on Sky Sports that Mudryk could pick up a lot of offensive skills from his Blues colleague Raheem Sterling.

If Ukrainian Star Mudryk begins contributing more goals and assists, he has the ability to establish himself as a regular at Stamford Bridge, where starting slots in the attacking positions seem to be very much up for grabs.

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that, despite the high price tag, he is still a relatively inexperienced young artist striving for improvement.
