Hoffenheim striker Kramaric opens about his future

The future of Croatian centre-forward Andrej Kramaric at his current club TSG Hoffenheim is is becoming increasingly uncertain. The 30-year-old was speaking to the German outlet DAZN.

Kramaric was speaking after the Bundesliga match last Sunday, where his team Hoffenheim drew 2-2 against Union Berlin in the Bundesliga. “Let’s see what happens. I can’t answer the question exactly, “– said Kramaric.

Multiple clubs have been alerted by the comments made by the player. Italy is a likely destination for Kramaric, with Inter Milan, Juventus and AC Milan all showing interest in the Hoffenheim striker.

HOFFENHEIM COULD LOSE KRAMARIC FOR FREE

Andrej Kramaric has been a central figure for Hoffenheim over the last few years. The Croatian made his move to Germany after a disappointing spell with Leicester City in the Premier League.

However, since moving to Hoffenheim, Kramaric has gone on to score 97 times for the club in his 187 appearances. Though the club has been underwhelming after the departure of Julian Nagelsmann, Kramaric has steadily improved his output, hitting 20 goals in the last season in Bundesliga.

An excellent finisher of the ball, Kramaric is also good in hold up play. He started the new season in amazing fashion, scoring twice and assisting for 4 goals in the opening three matches for his club. But with only one year left remaining in his contract, there is a risk that he could leave the club for free next summer.

“I’ve always been happy here. The past five and a half years have been great. We have achieved a lot. Perhaps our football wasn’t that good last season. But we can change that and improve this year.”– said Kramaric

For Hoffenheim, this is a tough position. The club does not want to sell their main goalscorer but is also not willing to let him go on a free transfer next year. With just one more week remaining for the transfer window to close, expect more development in the coming days.
