Inter Kashi signs Peter Hartley

Inter Kashi FC, the newcomers from Varanasi, has announced Peter Hartley is preparing to make their debut appearance in the upcoming I-League season of 2023-24. He is the first player on the squad for the season. Peter Hartley was the former captain of Jamshedpur FC.

Peter Hartley: Career

35-year-old Peter was born in the English town of Hartlepool. In his youth, he played for Sunderland AFC, where he also made his senior debut. Hartley also spent time on loan with Chesterfield FC before moving on to Hartlepool United. Afterward, he played for Stevenage FC, Plymouth Argyle, and Blackpool FC before he joined Scottish side Motherwell FC on loan and then signed for them permanently.

In the year 2020, Peter Hartley made a significant move to India to join Jamshedpur FC and went on to become one of their key players. He soon earned the trust of the JFC boss Owen Coyle and was made the captain of the Red Miners. Under his captaincy, the won the ISL League shield in the 2021-22 season.

INTER KASHI FC

Inter Kashi FC has partnered with Spanish Giants Athletico de Madrid and FC Andorra, a club that is co-owned by Gerard Pique and competes in the Segunda Division (second division) of the Spanish League. The people of Varanasi expect huge from the club.

They have appointed Carlos Santamarina as the head coach and Izumi Arata as the assistant coach. By signing Peter Hartley to the squad, they have a significant addition to the defense line and a leader. This addition will definitely benefit the team in their run to the I-League trophy.
