Real Madrid recently confirmed Jude Bellingham ‘s €133.9 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund to the Spanish team. The fact that this move was coming up was the worst kept mystery in football, so any further rumours can now be put to rest. The fact that the 19-year-old is likely to make his debut despite joining a team with an established outstanding midfield speaks everything about his current ability and future. He was introduced at the Bernabeu yesterday, June 15, before returning to his international duties.

Jude Bellingham joins the list of La Liga’s highest-paid players
Bellingham, according to AS, has agreed to a six-year deal paying €20 million every season, or about £327,000 per week. With five of the players earning more at his new club, he is now the ninth highest paid player in La Liga. He surpasses Aurelien Tchouameni, a fellow young midfielder with whom he competed closely at the 2022 World Cup and with whom he might team up for the following ten years.
Top 20 La Liga’s highest-paid players
It is not surprising that Real Madrid and Barcelona stars top the list, with a few Atletico Madrid players added in for a little spice. Notably, Koke makes more money than the Courtois and Rudiger of Los Blancos. Vinicius Jr., Oblak, and Lewandowski are players on the same salary for each of the three teams.
Many people might be surprised to learn that De Jong earns about £300,000 more per week than Bellingham and more than £200,000 more per week than the second-highest earner in the league.
