Instead, they arrive at a club with a long history that continues to expand and, most importantly, at a club with stability that very few can claim.
Jude Bellingham took this route, following in the footsteps of athletes like Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr., Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouameni, and Endrick. They chose a sporting career over the money-grubbing lifestyle of the Premier League or PSG.
It’s not that Real Madrid are unable to provide lucrative contract. And rather, all of the players we’ve highlighted have left the club with larger and better offers than those made by Los Blancos.
Bellingham also had a chance to become the star player in the Premier League. The Englishman, though, has chosen Real Madrid’s offer.
Jude Bellingham turns down Man City for Real
Manchester City offered him a wage that was far higher than what Real Madrid could pay him. This for the time being, does not put him in the top tier of the pay scale. Manchester City wanted to be a leader and a point of reference.
He would receive 15 million euros from the English team for each of the six seasons they were proposing.
The might of Fede Valverde, Camavinga, and Tchouameni must also be taken into account. Dani Ceballos, who has a renewal proposal from Madrid’s directors on the table, is still in the dark.
The Englishman will arrive and face an adjustment period, but his skill and vision make him a sure thing. And as for Real Madrid, Manchester City, and Liverpool have been vying for his services for some time.
