City desperate to sign experienced strikers in the summer?

According to the Athletic City are desperate to land a striker in the summer.

City who are currently 1st in the Premier League are looking to bring in new strikers in the summer as their star man Aguero could face a potential exit in the summer.

The Argentine striker’s contract ends in the summer and with there being no talks about a contract extension it looks like the 32-year-old will leave the club.

The Premier League giants don’t want to lose the attacking power they have so they are willing to bring in additional strikers who would bolster their attack.

With Gabriel Jesus already featuring for them, they are looking to bring in a striker who would guarantee them more goals when they play.

Citizens have been facing the issue of scoring few goals in matches this season and thus they are looking at solving the attacking issue they are currently facing.

However, it will be difficult to sign Lukaku or Ings as the club would have to shell out a huge sum in order to sign them. Therefore it will be exciting to see whether a move to City materializes for either of the strikers or not.
