Ronald Koeman is not thinking of resigning after Barcelona lost 3-0 against Bayern Munich in the Champions League opener. The Catalans had to face disappointment again against the German side, and the fans demanded Koeman’s resignation following that. However, the Dutchman has cleared that he has no intention to leave his job.

After the last horrific 8-2 defeat in the Champions League quarter-final, Barcelona thought of having revenge against Bayern Munich. While Ronald Koeman said in the pre-match conference about giving troubles to the Bundesliga side. But as everybody saw the match, they can clearly draw that the exact opposite has happened of what was told by Koeman.

Getting into the game, Barcelona not all look confident, as if they were playing to lose only. And happening the same they suffered three goals as Robert Lewandowski scored a brace and Thomas Muller with one goal. And as the match ended all the disappointed Barcelona fans filled their opinion, demanding resignation from Ronald Koeman.

Replying to that the Dutchman said that he has no interest in leaving his Barcelona job and will continue as manager. However, it seems the Barcelona board has listened to their fans as reportedly they have given Koeman an ultimatum. As per several reports, if Koeman fails to deliver in any of Barcelona’s next three games then he will be sacked.

And the Catalans have a busy next week as they play three matches within six days’ time. First on 21st September against Granada. Second, against Cadiz on 24th September. And third is after a one-day gap on 26th September against Levante. So, Koeman will be having a tough week to save his job this season. While he will be demanding the best from his players who are key to save his job.
