AC Milan willing to offer Isco an escape from Madrid

About Football Express India - Indian Super League - I-League

You heard that right, AC Milan want to sign Isco. AC Milan have several spots to fill before the season which gives them a wide range of players to choose from. Hakan Calhanoglu’s departure to city rivals Inter Milan sent the club in search for a creative midfielder. Why think any more when you have a midfielder who is looking for a way out that beams with creativity.

Isco had a very dim-light season at Real Madrid. He made 25 appearances of which he started only 8. He grabbed 2 assists. 3 Champions League appearances which cumulate to just 97 minutes explains why the player will look for a move.

Milan are planning to make several signings this summer to cope with the number of exits. Considering that most of the deals average to €20 million and that the club plans to make at least 6-7 signings, Milan have quite an expenditure.

Isco should leave Real Madrid

Isco comes under the breed of gifted players at Madrid who may not shine. James Rodriguez, Mateo Kovacic, Achraf Hakimi, Martin Odegaard are just a few other people who have struggled to find minutes. Most of these players on this list have unleashed their skills when they go on loan or play for their country. For some inexplicable reason, none of the managers at Madrid want to use them.

An ideal playmaker who can see passes that no one does and can dribble with ease, Isco deserves more minutes. He was Spain’s focal point in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. This summer, he has not made it to the Euro squad that face Italy in the semis because of his lack of minutes at Real.

AC Milan have a good deal in Isco

Carlo Ancelotti, Real Madrid’s manager, has announced that the Spaniard will not be a part of his plans for next season. Real and Milan have a very good relation exemplified by Theo Hernandez and Brahim Diaz.

Isco has another year left on his contract which Real Madrid can make some money from. The club is struggling with finances and should not shy away from this deal. Milan can get a world-class player for less that €20 million.
