Barcelona could sign trio of forwards in this summer transfer window

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

FC Barcelona may have won a fortune as they continue with their objective of getting talent at a low cost. With the clear continuous efforts to bring Lionel Messi back to the Catalan club, it appears that the club may also have the availability of three other attackers who might be brought in at the same time.

Barcelona eye Abde Ezzalzouli,Yannick Carrasco and Aubameyang

The three attackers in consideration are:

  • Abde Ezzalzouli, a Barcelona product now on loan at CA Osasuna.
  • Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, a former Barcelona player and current Chelsea player.
  • Yannick Carrasco, a current Atletico Madrid winger.

According to Mundo Deportivo, if FC Barcelona ends up selling the likes of Raphinha, Ansu Fati and Ferran Torres this summer, names that have individually brought in sizable offers, they may opt to go for the aforementioned trio of attackers for a significantly lower cost.

Ez Abde would merely be returning from a loan spell with CA Osasuna after a particularly impressive season. His entrance would be free of charge. Barcelona would be getting a far more complete player than he was in his debut season with FC Barcelona’s first team. Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang would also be available for free, since he intends to terminate his contract with Chelsea and join La Blaugrana as a free agent while also cutting his current wage. His presence would bolster both the wing and centre forward positions. Finally, Yannick Carrasco might be joining Barca from Atletico Madrid. FC Barcelona are expecting to pay €15 million for him. However Mateu Alemany have convinced Xavi that he will bring in the Belgian winger for €10 million.

Finally, the profit margins would be tremendous if Barcelona sold their current forward trio (Torres,Fati,Raphinha) and replaced them with this new low-cost trio. It remains to be seen whether Catalans are willing to go to such lengths. However if economic conditions deteriorate, they might contemplate it.
