Juventus are reportedly exploring the possibility of signing Manchester United starlet Bruno Fernandes in the upcoming summer transfer window. The 26-year-old Portuguese attacking-midfielder has been in sublime form for the Red Devils since arriving at Old Trafford in January 2020 for €55 million.
He has made 74 appearances in all competitions for the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, scoring 38 goals and 24 assists. This season he scored 26 goals and assisted 16 times in 52 appearances for Manchester United.
Bruno Fernandes is currently contracted with Manchester United until June 2025. So, if Juventus are desperately seeking the signature of the midfielder. Then they will have to spend huge amounts of money.
Will Manchester United sell Bruno Fernandes to Juventus?
According to reports in Italy, Juventus have followed the progress of Bruno Fernandes during his time in Italy. The Bianconeri fell in love with the Portuguese International for his technique, flexibility, and sense of goal.
However, They have missed their target man and now the Bianconeri have to pay around €120 million to Manchester United if they want to land Bruno Fernandes at Turin.
Juventus are looking to rebuild their squad for next season. They have shortlisted other Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba as well for the attacking-midfield position. However, it will be hard to believe that they can sign both of them in the summer.
Bruno previously had a spell at Serie A, where he spent time at Novara, Udinese and Sampdoria. Juventus have been interested in him since then. AC Milan also had linked with him twice before Fernandes finally joined Manchester United in the end.
It won’t be an easy task for Juventus to buy Bruno Fernandes in the upcoming summer transfer from Manchester United. As Fernandes is the talisman of the Old Trafford outfit. And also the 26-year-old Portuguese attacking-midfielder is one of the best midfielders in the world at the moment.
