The Super-Agent, Mino Raiola has claimed via Tuttosport that Paul Pogba’ career at Manchester United is over and that he won’t be signing a new contract.
The agent said this in an interview which is due to be published on Tuesday. He claims that his client is unhappy at his current club and doesn’t see a long-term future at United.
He stated:
“No point beating around the bush, better it be clear, look forward and not waste time laying blame.
Paul is unhappy at Manchester United. He can no longer express himself like he wants to and like people expect him to. His contract expires in the summer of 2022 but I think the best solution for all concerned is if he moves in the next window.
Otherwise, United, with whom I have an excellent relationship, risk losing him on a free transfer, since right now his intention is not to extend his deal. If someone doesn’t understand, they don’t understand football. In any case, they can blame me if Paul leaves next summer.”

Paul Pogba to leave United after Raiola remarks?
The World Cup-winning player’s contract will elapse at the end of the next season after Manchester United had triggered the automatic one-year extension a few months ago.
After the extension, there were positives with a new contract being prepared. Later, injuries and illness saw him drop out of the squad and the process was delayed.
Raiola had mentioned earlier this year that there were possibilities of Pogba leaving, with Real Madrid and Juventus being the likely destinations. There was a heated debate with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer denying every fact.
Paul Pogba arrived back at Old Trafford at a then-record fee of £89 million from Juventus. His performance since has been with a lot of inconsistency, with him falling out with the former boss Jose Mourinho.
Ole’s arrival is what revived his form and he was made an important member of the squad. He contracted the coronavirus while on international duty, which he blames for his current form.
Manchester United will be travelling to Germany to face RB Leipzig
Pogba scored his first goal of the League campaign when he scored in the comeback win against West Ham. The 27-year-old Frenchman was also seen training with his teammates on Monday ahead of the crucial away game in Germany.
Red Devils, RB Leipzig, and PSG top the Champions League group with 9 points. PSG are facing Istanbul Basaksehir and fancy themselves for three points. Manchester United need at least a point tonight to qualify for the next round.
Raiola’s timing to make the statement has annoyed many with United travelling to Germany to face RB Leipzig for their deciding fixture.
