Clouds of uncertainity over the next destination of Messi
The officials were meant to respond earlier this month. However, they have taken more time than usual, inspecting and requesting additional documentation from Barça. During this awful wait, other bidders have made substantial offers to Messi, with Saudi Arabian giant Al Hilal prepared to pay €500 million each year.
According to Ole, Premier League clubs have begun contacting the 35-year-old about a summer move to England. All of these clubs are eager to put the Argentine international’s patience to the test, as he hopes to return to Camp Nou.
While Messi will not actually return to Camp Nou next season, as Barcelona will play at the Montjuic Stadium. The veteran is nonetheless eager to return to his former team. Barcelona, on the other hand, is in a difficult position and cannot make an official offer until La Liga approves. Messi, on the other hand, is certain to be eager to settle his future. As a result, the coming weeks could be critical as the Catalans assess their economic limits in the market. Once Ronald Araujo and Gavi’s contracts are registered, the club will prioritise Messi. According to Cesar Luis Merlo, Inter Miami has shown interest in signing the Argentine this summer, assuming that he will not join Barcelona.
