PSG are confident that they will be able to sign Dele Alli on loan before 31st January from Tottenham Hotspur.
Dele Alli has had a vital role to play for Tottenham Hotspur. Since his arrival, he has made 160 appearances in all competitions and he has bagged 50 goals.
However, the 24-year-old has not been a favorite to start under Jose Mourinho, and this season he has played for only 74 minutes in the Premier League. Therefore there were speculations that gained attention that insisted that Alli is not happy with his current situation. And that he looks set on leaving in search of more playing time.
PSG CURRENTLY FAVOURITES FOR SIGNING DELE ALLI
According to Mirror, PSG are confident they can complete signing Alli before the winter transfer deadline on January 31st.
Mauricio Pochettino is keen to reunite with his former player Dele Alli at PSG.
The French giants, who are currently 1st in Ligue 1, feel that Alli’ addition will be a major boost to the club’s midfield. And that they would have a chance to fight for the Champions League due to their star-studded lineup.
Dele Alli‘ contract runs for another 3 years and if he puts up good performances on a regular basis then he would have a chance of landing a spot in the English squad for the upcoming Euros.
He would be keen on getting more playtime and if he plays under Pochettino then he would be sure to get good amount of playtime.
Spurs are already considering their options for replacements and one of their options is Borussia Mönchengladbach‘s midfielder, Florian Neuhaus.
Therefore a move to PSG can be finalized only when Tottenham can find a replacement for the outgoing star. A transfer could materialize in the coming days provided that they find a replacement.
