Richarlison was overwhelmed by the presence of his family against Marseille

The Brazilian forward started the game against Marseille in Tottenham’s first UEFA Champions League match this season. However, the first half was forgetful. Richarlison scored the two goals for Tottenham to secure the victory against Marseille. The forward was impressive on the night and helped in securing three very important points.

However, the most important aspect of the victory for Richarlison was the presence of his father and family. The Brazilian after the victory said:

“The whole team helped me a lot. I’m very happy, it was one of the best days of my life with my father and family here. My father was here, he has been with me through all my career. He helped me a lot to make my dreams come true. To have him here today was very emotional for me because he’s a huge part of my success.”

The Brazilian forward got emotional after the match and was crying with his father in the stands. It was an important milestone for the youngster and he succeeded in leaving a positive impression on all the fans on his Champions League debut. However, the 25-year-old will hope to continue his form and help the team achieve their goals this season and win some silverware!!
