According to a number of French media sites and renown writer Julien Laurens, Mbappe is dissatisfy at the Parc des Princes and wants to leave. Al Khelaifi, in response to these Ten Hag rumors, has shot down Liverpool and Manchester United’s plans to recruit the 23-year-old.

Speaking to Marca, the 49-year-old said:

“Every day and every week I’m here to say that Kylian has signed a new deal with PSG and we are very happy.”

Mbappe signed a new contract in May, extending through June 2025, before in-season rumors of his discontent started to surface in September. We would take Al Khelaifi’s comments that Mbappe is content with a grain of salt since, in our opinion. He appears to be Ten Hag speaking out of exasperation following repeated inquiries regarding the future of his No. 7 in Paris.

Man United Ten Hag and Liverpool had to fight for Mbappe

Whether Mbappe is content or not, he recently agreed to a new three-year deal, which will make leaving very challenging. Klopp and Ten Hag may have to wait until 2025 to sign the France international. Who has astonishingly scored 22 goals already this season. PSG is not going to make it easier for the hottest property on the globe to leave Paris.

Mbappe has scored 19 goals in his 20 games for PSG this season and three goals in his first two World Cup outings. We don’t see how Liverpool Ten Hag or Manchester United could get the Frenchman. Unless he effectively goes on strike and refuses to play for PSG upon his return from Qatar.
