Last week many transfer took place. Although this week there are many transfer that took place in the ISL teams as well as in I-league teams. Lets read.

Transfers

1. Blasters announced the signing of Right-Back Prabir Das

Indian footballer Prabir Das, 29, is a journeyman player from West Bengal. His contract with the Club is for three years, or until 2026. The right full-back later played for ATK and ATK Mohun Bagan for 7 years in Kolkata. Prabir was a member of Bengaluru FC before transferring to KBFC. The football player from West Bengal has seven assists to his name in 106 Hero ISL games. His 63 chances produced over his career have helped him establish himself as one of the league’s top offensive full-backs.

2. Ahmed Jahouh is all set to sign for Odisha FC

Ahmed Jahouh, a midfielder for Mumbai City FC, has signed a two-year contract with Odisha FC, an ISL Hero team. With his impressive trophy collection, which includes two Hero ISL League Winner’s Shields (one with FC Goa and one with Mumbai City FC) as well as a Hero ISL championship (with Mumbai City FC), Jahouh adds a lot of expertise and a winning spirit to the Odisha FC team.

3. Mourtada Fall has completed his transfer from Mumbai City FC to Odisha FC

Defender Mourtada from Senegal is expected to sign with Odisha FC before the 2023–24 season. In his first season with the Islanders, he made 19 appearances and contributed key crucial goals to their historic success. Fall played for the club in 68 games overall over the course of three years, contributing three times and scoring eight goals.

Extension

1.Indian defender Rahul Bheke extends his contract with Mumbai City FC till 2024

Rahul Bheke’s contract with Mumbai City FC has been extended by one year. was a crucial component of their defence last season, which allowed only 21 goals in 20 league games. Last season, he added on his outstanding AFC Champions League season, during which he scored the game-winning goal against Air Force Club the year before, by making 48 tackles, 40 clearances, and 41 blocks.

2. Young midfielder Suresh Singh Wangjam’s contract with Bengaluru FC has been extended to 2028

Suresh Wangjam, a midfielder for Bengaluru FC, has renewed his contract with the team for a another five years, the Hero ISL team announced on Tuesday. The contract, which will last until the conclusion of the 2027–28 season, was signed by the AIFF Emerging Player of the Year for 2020–21. Since joining the Blues in 2019, Suresh has played in 87 matches across four seasons.

New Coaches

1. FC Goa officially announced the signing of Spanish tactician Manolo Marquez till 2025

Manolo Marquez has been named the new head coach of FC Goa, and the club is thrilled to reveal the news. The Spaniard has signed a multi-year deal under which he would be in command of the FC Goa First Team beginning in the next 2023–24 season and continuing beyond. After managing teams in many competitions throughout the world, Manolo Marquez will take over FC Goa as his fourteenth organisation. Benito Montalvo, Asier Rey Santin, and Jose Carlos Barroso, who have joined the Club as the Technical Coordinator, Goalkeeping Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, respectively, join Manolo Marquez’s staff at FC Goa.

2. Naushad Moosa joins Northeast United FC as their Indian assistant coach

Naushad Moosa was hired by NorthEast United FC on Thursday to fill the quadruple roles of assistant coach, coach of the reserve squad, and director of youth development. He has been a crucial transfer from BFC.
