Agent confirms numerous clubs want to sign Liverpool player who is compared to Messi

Sir Martin

The agent of one Liverpool player has said that many clubs ‘want’ to sign his client in the summer of 2024. According to Przeglad Sportowy, Mateusz Musialowski’s representative Cezary Kucharski claimed that the 20-year-old is attracting plenty of interest from all over Europe. However, the agent doesn’t want his client to go to his native Poland. Musialowski currently plays for the Liverpool U-21 team.

The player’s agent said: “We signed a contract with the condition that I would not persuade him to return to Poland. I don’t want to persuade him to return to Poland, but he has the most offers from his homeland. Most clubs want him. I think he should go to the Netherlands, Belgium, or maybe Switzerland.”

Musialowski caught the eye of everyone with silky dribbling and sensational goals playing for Liverpool underage teams. His raw talent even earned him the nickname ‘Polish Messi’.

However, for all the talent he has shown, he is yet to be included in the first team squad for the Reds. Meanwhile, younger prospects such as Ben Doak, Calum Scanlon, James McConnell and Kaide Gordon have already earned competitive first-team minutes under Jurgen Klopp.

Musialowski might most probably leave Liverpool

The 20-year old was actually close to leaving the Anfield this summer, but the deal with Austrian club TSV Hartberg fell through.

However, he may most likely leave after this season as his current contract expires next summer. A renewal seems unlikely if he fails to get a first-team debut by then.

These next six months could be pivotal in the youngster’s career path. He will be determined to make that significant leap from highly-touted future prospect to actual first team squad member.
