David Moyes reported being absent from West Ham training

West Ham United

West Ham manager David Moyes was reported to be absent during the first team training. Claret and Hugh published a report earlier today, implying that David Moyes had not carried out any training. A fitness coach was in charge of putting the West Ham players through their paces ahead of their home match against Luton on Saturday. The training took place at Rush Green.

But as of right now, Moyes has been confirmed by Hugh and Claret to have led training today. David, who is usually punctual, was running late and missed the start of the session, which caused the first confusion. With the reports that surfaced over the weekend regarding Moyes working twelve-hour days beginning at seven in the morning, this regrettable coincidence was noteworthy. The diligent Scotsman is frequently the first to arrive and the last to leave the training ground. Many of Moyes’ closest friends have been quick to point this out. It is acknowledged that, due to Moyes’s absence, a member of the Hammers’ fitness staff had to assume leadership of today’s training session. Why Moyes was rushing to work, and Billy McKinlay, John Heitinga, or Kevin Nolan could not cover for him during the session is a mystery.

David Moyes leaving West Ham?

David Moyes has been reported to be working on his last few weeks at West Ham. West Ham have decided to part ways with the Scotsman. David Moyes helped the Hammers avoid relegation last season. He also won West Ham’s first European title in a long time. Many reports say that Julen Lopetegui will replace David Moyes as manager. West Ham lost their star player, Declan Rice, this season and have had a tough time in the Premier League. West Ham fans will be hopeful next season. Julen is an experienced manager, having even managed Real Madrid.
