Saudi teams aiming to purchase Arsenal player in upcoming window

While Arsenal fans may find it more exciting to contemplate potential arrivals at the club in January, there is still the possibility of a few departures. Mikel Arteta’s team is experiencing a successful season and could reclaim the top spot in the Premier League. That is if they secure a victory against West Ham United tomorrow.

Nevertheless, the club has some important matters to address before the January transfer window. Emile Smith Rowe is potentially expecting to start in Arsenal crucial match tomorrow. Meanwhile, there have been frequent links suggesting a possible departure for him in January.

Additionally, Aaron Ramsdale has been associated with other clubs since losing his top spot under Arteta. However, according to a report from The Athletic today, it appears that interest in one of Arsenal’s key starters is persisting.

Arsenal player being the sole interest of Saudi clubs

Saudi Pro League clubs reportedly maintain a long-standing interest in Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhaes ahead of January, a potential departure that could be highly disruptive. Fortunately for Arsenal fans, the information also emphasizes that it would require an immense bid for Arsenal. That is to even consider parting ways with the player.

Certainly, as mentioned earlier, it appears more probable that Arsenal will bolster their defense with a January addition. The club will have a sustained interest in a defender frequently likened to Virgil van Dijk.

Nevertheless, a loan move for a more readily available target appears to be the most probable scenario in January. While Arsenal has identified well-vetted targets, it’s unlikely that other clubs will approve the departure of their top players during the January transfer window.

Hence, Arteta and Edu Gaspar will need to be astute in their dealings, striking the right balance. It would be viewed as a missed opportunity if Arsenal were to refrain from strengthening at all in January; however, it’s worth noting that the team is on the verge of welcoming back several recovering players.
