Mino Raiola’s remarks on Paul Pogba last week have fueled speculations that he could leave Manchester United and join Juventus over Real Madrid.
Juventus are on the lookout for a versatile midfielder and they feel Pogba would be their best choice because he can solve all the midfield related issues in their team.
However, Real Madrid would also challenge Juventus as they are in need of a midfielder who can replace the aging Luka Modric.
Juventus ahead of Real Madrid for Pogba’ signature?
Juventus could beat Real Madrid to his signature as Real Madrid wouldn’t be able to afford Pogba due to financial issues in La Liga.
So that would make Juventus favorites to land Pogba as they are the only team besides Real Madrid who are genuinely interested in sign him.
But this transfer raises questions as to how Juventus would sign him and what kind of a deal will they put on the table? will it be a swap deal or a transfer fee?
Swap deals with Cristiano Ronaldo coming back to Old Trafford, struggling forward Dybala joining in place of Pogba are surfacing since the remarks of Mino Raiola on the 27-year-old French international.
However Manchester United will make sure that this deal goes through as they don’t want to keep a player who is not giving his 100% in every match, who has scored only 3 goals in 14 matches this season.
Hence Juventus who are currently in 5th position in Serie A would look to land him and United who are in 6th position in Premier League look to offload him.
But it will be interesting to see where he lands up as he could be vital for any team he plays for next year.
