Real Madrid eyes a young striker to fill Benzema’s boots

Real Madrid are missing strikers after the departures of Karim Benzema and Marco Asensio were confirmed. Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo are the only two players at the club who can be counted on to score on a continuous basis. However the Brazilian combo will certainly require some assistance next season. There are other talented strikers who could become available this summer, and Real Madrid must keep an eye out for Benzema’s replacement. And it appears that Los Blancos are interested in another French international. According to Sport Bild, Real Madrid has entered the battle to sign Randal Kolo Muani. PSG, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and Chelsea have all expressed interest.

This season, the 24-year-old attacker has won over many fans around Europe with his performances for both Eintracht Frankfurt and the French national team. And he appears to be planning an move this summer, although the location is unknown. Kolo Muani scored 23 goals and gave 17 assists in all competitions in the 2022/23 season, according to Transfermarkt statistics. He was also a member of the French team that advanced to the 2022 FIFA World Cup final. However, they lost to Argentina in the end.

Kolo Muani ranks as one of Europe’s finest young strikers and would be an excellent signing for Real Madrid. The club, though, will have heavy competition for his signature. Eintracht Frankfurt is also expected to demand a transfer fee of roughly €100 million. As a result, Los Blancos may struggle to make a move.
