FC Barcelona is confident of recovering the money they invested in Brazilian Winger Raphina this season.
FC Barcelona, the Spanish league Giants are looking for offers to sell talented Brazilian winger Raphina. The Winger has not been able to justify his purchase purse with constant speculations about his future now raising questions in the team set-up. With Barcelona changing legendary ex-player cum current coach Xavi Hernandez, Raphina looks to remain on the sidelines for the coming months as well.

Those with innate knowledge about La Liga would be aware that Raphina arrived at Barcelona amidst great fanfare. The Brazilian winger is a versatile player capable of operating in the wings and making great runs into the box. However, the investment of $60 million made in him by Barcelona has not borne fruit. Raphina’s Stats this season
It would be an overstatement to say that Raphina has been a major flop this season. However, with three goals and five assists to his name, he has not justified the hype surrounding his abilities. There have been times when he has been overlooked for Ousman Dembele, a mainstay in the Barca midfield and a player with much more international exposure. Raphina endured a mediocre World Cup Campaign as well, with counterpart Antony shining through in his position. Brazil crashed out of the World Cup 2022 Quarter Finals leg, with Raphina not being one of the players that impressed.
Future for Raphina
Premier League club Chelsea had shown interest in Raphina before he was persuaded by Barcelona FC. Having endured a difficult season with Leeds United and fighting relegation, he has relative experience with English Football and its rigors. Thereby, Chelsea and Arsenal could be the clubs that might show interest. As of now, FC Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez does not seem to be too interested in drafting Raphina into the starting XI, unless he improves his game and strikes gold for his team.
