Hyderabad FC completes signing Aaren D’Silva on a multi-year deal

Hyderabad FC have officially announced the signing of striker Aaren D’Silva on a multi-year deal from FC Goa. The deal will keep him in the club till the 2023-24 Indian Super League campaign.

The 23 years old striker started playing football from a very young age at SESA Football Academy. He has played for Dempo SC in the U-19 I-League and Santa Cruz club of Cavellosim in Goa Pro League 2016-17 edition. He also represented Goa in Santosh Trophy.

Aaren joined the developmental team of FC Goa in 2017 and spend three years with the reserve team. During his spell at FC Goa’s developmental side, he netted 10 goals in the 2nd Division across three seasons. He also featured in Goa Premier League for the Gaurs and scored 25 goals across 4 seasons. Lately, FC Goa promoted him to the first team last season.

Aaren is the latest addition to the Hyderabad FC squad under head coach Manolo Marquez. The Nizams just missed the playoffs last season, they finished at 5th position with 29 points in their accounts. This season, they will aim to start strong.
