“I am very excited to fly over to Brisbane, start training with the boys and be on the pitch again. And I just want to be part of the team for this really good club. I’m still in touch every week with Scott and he tells me that there are so many young players who are pushing hard, that the club is building a strong squad for the years to come. I just can’t wait to start. The league is so interesting,”- Matt

At Brisbane Roar, he will team up once again with Scott Neville, who was also at East Bengal on a loan deal last season.
