33-year-old Jefferson Oliveira is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a defender. He has signed for I-League club Rajasthan United. He has also played in Italy, Portugal, Indonesia, Armenia, and Greece.
Jefferson Oliveira: Career
He was an academy player of Italian club Udinese in Serie A. In the 2010–11 season, he was an overage player of Primavera U-20 team. On 31 August 2013, Oliveira was signed by the third division club Vicenza. He wore number 28 for Vicenza in the 2014-15 season. In 2015, he was signed by Atletico CP on a free transfer. The same followed next year where he went on loan to another Portuguese club Gil Vicente. In the 2018-19 season, Jefferson Oliveira signed for CD Fatima in Portugal where he spent two seasons before signing for Indonesian club Persik Kediri in the beginning of 2020-21 season.
After one year he signed for Armenian club FC Noah where he played for a season. In the 2022-23 season, he played for the Greek club AO Ypatou.
Rajasthan United – Previous season
Rajasthan United FC had finished in 7th position in the 2022-23 I-League season. In the Durand Cup, Rajasthan United had qualified to the knockout stages. They lost out to Hyderabad FC in the quarter final.
Rajasthan United will be keen on performing best as the promotion to the Indian Super League (ISL) started last season.
