Jurgen Klopp is allegedly eager to recruit Leroy Sane to Liverpool. If Mohamed Salah does indeed finalise his departure to Saudi Arabia in 2024.
Sport1 reports that the Anfield manager is a huge fan of the German international. He is now the front-runner to succeed Salah at Liverpool in 2024.
Sane, who was recently praised as a “outstanding” player by Julian Nagelsmann, has had a fantastic start to the season for his club and nation.
And as Sane was a former star in the league while playing for Manchester City under Pep Guardiola, a return to the Premier League may now be in the cards for the 27-year-old.
Actually, not many Liverpool supporters would use Sane’s affiliation with the current English champions as a reason why the striker shouldn’t be signed.
Sane may be a great match for the Reds, and Klopp’s desire to bring the winger to Merseyside only serves to highlight how ideal the attacker would be to take Salah’s position.
Sane needs to be sign by Liverpool, and Klopp needs to convince them to do so. Jurgen Klopp is more powerful than ever at Liverpool. And he needs to show his might in the case that Salah leaves Anfield the next season.
The German international has spent his time at City under Guardiola. He is a world-class attacker with extensive knowledge of the Premier League.
Sane is currently at the height of his abilities, making him an ideal addition to Liverpool. The winger is even open to returning to England to play for Klopp at Anfield.
