Thomas Tuchel of Bayern Munich believes Kingsley Coman’s two-goal performance may have included a small amount of luck.
The 3-0 victory over SC Freiburg by Bayern Munich included two goals from Kingsley Coman.
Kingsley Coman of Bayern Munich put up a two-goal performance to help the Bavarians defeat SC Freiburg 3-0. Despite being behind teammates Leroy Sané and Serge Gnabry on the depth chart and in the scoring department.
Even though Coman, 27, had Lady Luck on his side, manager Thomas Tuchel felt it was important to see Coman contribute.
King did a great job on the right side. He was involved in many risky circumstances and required those aims; he was somewhat fortunate in both areas, but he needed it. Tuchel noted, as reported by @iMiaSanMia, “I stated Friday that he was a little behind in goals and assists, but it was a fantastic effort from him today.
Under Tuchel, Coman could feel a little bit “damned if you do, damned if you don’t,” but regardless of how he scored. It was excellent that he did — for his confidence. And to help demonstrate to his boss that he can influence events on the scorecard.
