Mumbai City FC confirmed the signing of Jackichand Singh from Jamshedpur FC on Saturday.

The Manipur-born winger has delivered three assists in his 12 appearances for Jamshedpur FC in the ongoing Indian Super League.

However, Jacki is one of the most experienced players with 85 league appearances, managed to bag 13 goals, and provided 13 assists in his ISL career. He also represented FC Pune City, Kerala Blasters FC, and FC Goa.

Jackichand first spell with Mumbai City:

The 28-year-old during his first spell for Islanders appeared in 8 matches for the club in their ISL 2016 campaign under the guidance of Alexandre Guimarães.

Mumbai City present head coach Sergio Lobera was managing FC Goa while Jackichand was signed by the Goa-based club.

“Jacki is a very good player. He is aware of our philosophy, and I am certain it won’t take him long to adapt to our style of play and settle in with his new family. We are glad to have him here and we are happy that he’s back at Mumbai City. He will be a valuable addition to our squad and we hope he can hit the ground running.”
