Real Madrid gives update of their squad before El Clasico clash

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti confirms that star player Jude Bellingham is “OK”. That is after being substituted in the 89th minute of their 2-1 UEFA Champions League victory against Braga. When asked about the reason for Bellingham’s early substitution, Ancelotti responded with, “He is OK.”

Real Madrid manager said further: “His adductors are a bit charged because the pitch was a bit soft. But nothing special. He will recover. He is OK. Bellingham is a bit tired, like everybody else. But that’s normal.”

It appears that Real Madrid player Jude Bellingham status is not entirely clear. Since, a report in The Athletic today suggests that the exceptional attacking midfielder is going to rest on Wednesday. And thus will be reevaluated tomorrow. So, his availability for upcoming matches is uncertain at this moment.

Real Madrid to suffer with a lack of players in the upcoming fixture

For the upcoming significant Iberian Peninsula clash, Real Madrid will have a quartet of players ruled out. Thibaut Courtois and Eder Militao are still unavailable due to long-term injuries. Additionally, Dani Ceballos will be in the sidelines for approximately a week due to a micro muscle tear in his right leg, causing him to miss this match. Although he’ll be absent, the injury is relatively minor in the broader context.

Teenage prodigy Arda Guler, who has been back in full training for some time, was not included in the UEFA Champions League matchday squad. It appears that he won’t make his Real Madrid debut in a high-profile match like El Clasico.

It seems more likely that the wonderkid’s initial appearance for Real Madrid could come in a home match against Rayo Vallecano on November 5, Braga on November 8, or Valencia on November 11.
