Vladimir Koman joins Chennaiyin ahead of the ISL 2021-22

Vladimir Koman will play for Chennaiyin FC ahead of the new season. Certainly the Hungarian midfielder is their sixth and final overseas signing for the ISL Outfit.

I’m happy to join Chennaiyin, because it’s a completely new atmosphere for me and a new experience. I would like to do my best to help the team to be successful and make the fans proud and happy.” – Said Vladimir Koman after signing for Chennaiyin FC.

Additionally, Vladimir played for his Hungarian national team in 2010 and played 36 games . And he scored seven goals in that Campaign. At the same time, he was instrumental in finishing third in the 2009 FIFA U‐20 World Cup and emerged as the second top scorer with five goals. In addition he led the U‐19 Hungarian side to the semi‐finals of the 2008 UEFA European Championship.

Who is Vladimir Koman?

A Ukrainian‐born Midfielder started his professional career in 2006 with the Seria A side UC Sampdoria. In his more than 15‐year campaign, the attacking midfielder has more than 300 club appearances. Which also includes 22 goals with 23 assist to his name. In addition the experienced campaigner has also played in Asian countries such as Iran and the United Arab Emirates and is now campaigning for his first ISL campaign.
