After the rumors of Kylian Mbappe leaving this summer, a rumor says that it is the Egyptian player Mohamed Salah who would arrive at PSG. The Liverpool superstar would be a great help to keep PSG at a good level.

The Parisians are now at a crucial point. Kylian Mbappe has officially shared his wish to leave the PSG team before the end of his contract. The World Cup winner is one of the best strikers at PSG, so the team must find the best possible replacement.

The Egyptian player has succeeded for the Reds since his arrival from Roma. In the 31 games played in the season 2020-2021, Liverpool could count on 19 goals of the Egyptian striker. On Monday 19 April Mohamed Salah was confirmed as the new captain of the Egyptian national team.

Is Salah an ideal replacement for PSG?

Kylian Mbappe has been the top goal scorer for PSG since his arrival from AS Monaco. In 37 games for PSG this season, he has scored 33 goals and provided 10 assists. Everyone in the world wonders if Mohamed Salah will be up to the challenge of Ligue 1.

All eyes are on the upcoming press conferences of the Egyptian player. In recent months, the Egyptian international has shared his desire to play outside England.

“Why not? Nobody knows what will happen in the future, so maybe one day [I will play in Spain], yes.” – Mohamed Salah on leaving the Premier League.

Paris Saint-Germain is already imagining itself as a champion team with Neymar on one flank and Salah on the other. In this situation, the departure of Kylian Mbappe seems to have less of an effect on the Paris Saint-Germain team.
